At the first appointment we prefer to do a full examination with x-rays so that we can determine your needs. In consultation with you we will discuss treatment options, costs and appointment scheduling.
We have a HICAPS facility which allows for direct payment of health fund rebates.
We accept patients with a Department of Veterans’ Affairs card and those referred by their GP under the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) scheme.
We accept payments for the gap balance of the HICAPS fee and all uninsured patients by:
- Cash
- Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club or Visa
- Cheques
- EFTPOS
Our receptionist will be able to tell you the fee for your next appointment so you can budget accordingly.
For approved customers with complex treatment needs, we are able to offer help with planning payments using:
- Credit card standing orders
- Ezypay direct debits
- Direct debits through your bank
