Where there has been an external cost, e.g. crowns from a lab, then this is added
into the quote.
After the first visit, we are able to arrange the proposed treatment and quote accordingly.
This is a computer-generated printout with all the fees and Item Numbers. This can
be taken to your health fund so that they can advise you of the rebates.
Sometimes the treatment needs may have to be altered due to unforeseen circumstances
arising. We will halt treatment and discuss the options with you.
Payment is requested at the time of treatment by EFTPOS, cash, or credit card. For
some complicated treatment, we may allow a payment schedule using a credit card Standing
Order.
